What is Nutritional Therapy

​

The key focus of nutritional therapy is to identify and support the root cause of symptoms through evidence based research, therefore relieving symptoms rather than masking them.   This is achieved through a balanced wholesome diet and lifestyle changes including mindfulness techniques, stress and circadian rhythm management.

 

The therapeutic effects of food on an individual combining knowledge of both functional medicine and nutritional science, can achieve continued homeostasis resulting in a state of optimum health.

Meet the Nutritionist

I am a Nutritional Therapist with a BSc in Biological Science, and a 3-year Nutritional Therapy Diploma from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). ​

​

It is a journey we are all on, and looking after your body and mind is key to ensuring a happy, healthy fulfilled life.  

 

I believe in eat “everything in moderation,” as long, as your body and mind remain your key focus.  Feed your body and mind well and you’re sure to see a difference.  This may all sound great, but, how do you achieve this, I hear you asking yourself, what do I need to do?

This is where I come in,  I am a Nutritional Therapist that wants to help and support you in achieving your health goals.  Through a holistic approach I will create an individualised nutritional plan,  taking into account your diet and lifestyle needs.  I will work with you through your journey to help you build awareness, coach and provide you with the tools on how you can eat yourself healthy
